Refund Policy for drawing (digital copy) orders
At Yellowify Me, we do not accept refunds for drawings that are either being processed or have already been completed. However, customers do have the right to unlimited revisions and can request that their drawings are revised until they are satisfied with the result.
Refund Policy for physical goods (prints, mugs etc.)
Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds for physical goods for change of mind due to the highly customized nature of the items. However, customers do have the right to request a replacement or a refund for items that are broken, damaged, or/and faulty.
To be eligible for a return, you’ll need the receipt or proof of purchase.
